All Services are provided by Haven Bezoski, RDH through Dental Kaizen. Haven maintains an active and unencumbered license to practice Dental Hygiene in the State of Ohio. She is also covered by active BWC and Professional Protection Liability Insurance Policies (click the link to view each License / Policy document).

Agencies and Dental Networking Apps have been great at connecting Dental Professionals with Practices needing assistance. However, they tend to be costly (with typical placement fees averaging more than 20% of what the Professional is making), and sometimes the match isn't ideal for your Practice.
Because you're booking directly through Dental Kaizen, there are NO additional fees on top of the hourly rate of $57. No agency fee, no set-up fee, no admin fees, and all bookings are charged in 15-minute increments to better cover the needs for your day.
For example, booking a Hygienist for an 8 hour day (exclusive of any unpaid lunch break) at $53 per hour (the going average in Cleveland, Ohio as of May 1, 2025) will cost a total of $519 (or more) for the day once the Agency / App fees are factored in. The same booking through Dental Kaizen at the flat rate of $57 per hour costs $456 (paid through ACH or bank transfer, if paying by credit or debit card the hourly rate will be invoiced at $59 per hour). It's straightforward, transparent, and always hassle-free!
