HAVEN BEZOSKI, RDH
FOUNDER, DENTAL KAIZEN
As a Kaizen and Six Sigma–trained dental hygienist and program leader, I specialize in transforming complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable strategies that improve both patient care and practice performance. With 21+ years of hands-on experience across general dentistry, pediatrics, periodontics, and underserved populations, I bring a rare balance of clinical expertise and content-driven communication to every project.
My approach blends systems-based leadership, education, and workflow optimization with a deep commitment to accuracy and accessibility. Whether guiding teams through diagnostic refinement, coaching on patient communication, or developing resources that demystify oral-systemic health connections, I create content and strategies designed to educate, engage, and inspire action.
I’ve led initiatives from the ground up—most recently as a key contributor in the launch of MetroHealth’s School-Based Dental Health Program, where I developed workflows, designed quality-improvement tools, and helped build a collaborative medical-dental care model. Prior to this, I served as Dental Program Manager in a Federally Qualified Health Center, where I supported infection control, workflow optimization, safety, and performance improvement at scale.
My methodology is rooted in Kaizen and Six Sigma principles—structured, continuous, incremental improvement—and I apply that lens to both clinical and content projects. From writing and curriculum development to team training and patient education, I thrive at bridging the gap between technical expertise and clear, compelling communication.
Credentials include an active Ohio dental hygiene license and membership in AAOSH, ADHA, OADHA, and NNOHA. I continue to practice clinically 1–2 days per week, ensuring my perspective remains current, relevant, and patient-centered.
