With 21 years in dentistry, I’ve worked chairside and led programs—seeing how practices thrive when systems and people are aligned. Today I focus on clinical content and education for group and multi-location teams: CE-style guides, webinars, enablement packs, and patient education that make prevention tangible, support tech adoption, and boost case acceptance.

first 3 months
Your On-Ramp Phase lays the foundation for long-term success. During this phase, we work closely with your leadership and team to identify key areas of improvement and build the systems that will support sustainable change.
Your customized Practice Hub is created to house all your tailored education, materials, and resources—organized separately for your teams and patients. We also begin aligning new processes across your organization, ensuring everyone has clarity and consistency from day one.
Every deliverable outlined in your Change Blueprint is implemented during the On-Ramp, setting the stage for measurable outcomes and preparing your practice to move seamlessly into ongoing retention and growth.
The Practice Hub
The Practice Hub is the central resource that supports both your patients and your team. Built specifically for your organization, each hub is fully customized to reflect your workflows, standards, and services.
Patients gain access to clear, easy-to-understand education they can reference before and after appointments—reinforcing what was shared in the chair and setting accurate expectations for treatment and care.
For providers, the Hub serves as a living library of your practice’s resources, including workflows, CE opportunities, and tailored education. By housing everything in one accessible place, your team can work with greater clarity and consistency, while patients feel supported and empowered in their care.
training + Coaching
Utilising Kaizen methodology, training and coaching go hand in hand. Throughout our partnership you can expect practical, ongoing guidance that helps your team build confidence, improves consistency, and adapts new skills into daily workflows.
Training sessions are tailored to your systems, goals, and patient population, ensuring relevance and real-world impact. Coaching continues beyond the initial session, giving dental providers and leaders the tools and accountability they need to succeed.
